How to Install 15 Grid Hexagon LED Light
FancyLED has been rebranded to Shinier
**CAUTION**:
- Before install the hexagon light, please remove the protective film on the light tubes.
- Avoid forceful assembly to prevent damage to connectors or malfunction. The copper needle in the connects can be damaged by incorrect installation or excessive force.
- Make sure to test the lighting before final installation onto the ceiling.
- Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Consulting or hiring a licensed electrician for your installation.
- Voltage AC110V-240V
- Power 606W
- Current 2.53-5.51A
- Instantaneous Current 5.06-11.02A
- Check all components of your order
**Step 1: Assemble on the Floor**
- Assemble the entire lighting structure on the floor before mounting.
- If your order includes a frame border, construct it first. If not, proceed to Step 3.
- Use the longer tubes, three 90-degree L-connectors, and one 90-degree T connector to form the border frame. Be noted that 3 corners of the border frame uses the L-connects and the last corner uses the T connector (see diagrams below, bottom right corner item label "1" and "power cord input"). Ensure that tubes are fully inserted into the connectors for a secure fit.
- The T connector is essential for linking the outer frame to the power supply.
- The 90-degree T connector connects to the provided power cable. After connecting the provide power cable to the 90-degree T connector, you will need to bring your own 2-pin or 3-pin power plug to connect the power cable and then plug into a power socket. Please consult a licensed electrician.
- Power cable information:
- Red wire - live line
- Blue wire - null line
- Yellow wire (if present) - earth line
**Step 2: Constructing Hexagon Shapes**
- Assemble the hexagon shapes by connecting shorter light tubes using V and Y connectors. See diagrams above.
- Pay attention that six shorter tubes (indicated by bold, thickened lines in the diagram above) must use tubes labelled with a red arrow.
- See the diagram above and find two locations labeled with "Power cord input" pointing to item number "5" (120-degree Y connector). Position such Y connectors at the correct positions where the power cables will connect. These two Y connectors are essential for linking the hexagons to the power supply.
- These two 120-degree Y connectors each connects to the provided power cable. After connecting the provide power cable to the Y connector, you will need to bring your own 2-pin or 3-pin power plug to connect the power cable and then plug into a power socket. Please consult a licensed electrician.

**Step 3: Testing**
- Test the lighting structure before the final installation on the ceiling.
- Consultation with or hiring a licensed electrician to check your electrical setup and perform a final connection to a 110-240V power supply.
**Step 4: Ceiling Installation**
- Install the lighting structure onto the ceiling, either as a whole unit or in sections, depending on your preference and feasibility.
- For mounting, you may use:
- screws through the connector holes,
- zip ties,
- suspension cable wires.
- Once installed, connect the structure to the power supply.
**Reminder**: Safety and proper installation are paramount. If you are unsure about any step, seeking professional help is advised to ensure a safe and correct setup.
